It will work until you get the can't play video error. You have to uninstall and reinstall and you lose all of your previous recordings. I've been using this for years and it's always been this way. Save your videos
Unable to connect phone to device. Worked great the first time. Now when I click connect to device the "no video" error pops up and I can not proceed any further.

The app crashes and it says "can't play this video" to start testing.
Used it twice. Third time it said video cannot play and would not start. So annoying. I gave it a three because it did work 2 times.
Device works then 3 months later won't connect. Piece of garbage.
Does not work second time keep saying can't play this video, i need a refund please.
Not easy to use. When set up and used for the 2nd test the video does not want to work. Can not figure out why as I did not change any settings. Contacted the seller the first time when we received and they did not know how the system works. Contacted them again as we can not test hope they can help... will provide another feedback if they do not know why the video is not work. Since the video does not work I can not check the sample. Annoying
Well it didn't even start.... I tried different cables and still no power.....now the reason I'm not blaming this on mailing is because I ordered so many other electronics and they always work...your device is just bad....sorry....I do want my money back.
